1. The minimum order value is ₹2000. Orders below this amount will not be accepted.
2. All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), partial COD, or any kind of postpaid payment options.
3. An unboxing video is mandatory. Without a proper unboxing video, no claims or complaints will be accepted under any circumstances.
4. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

Shipping Delivery Information

• Shipping charges will be calculated only after your parcel has been packed.
  
• Our official shipping partner, Talwar Courier and Cargo, will contact you via WhatsApp with the final shipping charges.
  
• Shipping charges must be paid directly to Talwar Courier and Cargo. Your order will be dispatched only after the shipping payment has been received.
  
• The earlier the shipping charges are paid, the sooner your parcel will be dispatched.
  
• Once dispatched, the tracking (docket) number and complete shipping details will be shared with you via WhatsApp by us.
